From "no idea" to a full week in three steps

Here's the whole walkthrough. No recipe-hunting, no spreadsheet, no 6pm panic.

1

Tell us about your week

Mark the late nights, the kids' practice days, and the evening you actually want to cook. Add allergies, dislikes, and how many mouths you're feeding.

2

Get a plan that fits

Platefull drafts seven dinners sized to each day — 15-minute meals on busy nights, something slower for the weekend — and reuses ingredients so nothing goes soft in the fridge.

3

Shop once, cook on autopilot

One grocery list, sorted by aisle, with everything already on your plan. Each night, open the app and the recipe is waiting. Swap any meal with a tap.

⏱

Save 4+ hours a week

That's the average time our members used to spend deciding, searching, and making a second trip to the store.

👨‍👩‍👧

Picky-eater proof

Flag what each person won't touch. Plans keep a crowd-pleaser on the table every night, with easy "deconstructed" versions for kids.

🥬

Less food in the bin

Smart leftovers turn Tuesday's extras into Wednesday's lunch, and your list only includes what you'll actually use.

Questions we hear a lot

Usually asked while standing in front of an open fridge.

How long does planning actually take?

Most people finish their first plan in under five minutes. After that, each week takes about 90 seconds: review the draft, swap anything you're not feeling, and send the list to your phone.

What if my schedule changes mid-week?

Drag a meal to a different day, or tap "I'm out tonight" and Platefull reshuffles the rest of the week and adjusts your grocery list before you've bought anything extra.

Does it handle allergies and dietary preferences?

Yes. Set them once per household member — gluten-free, vegetarian, nut allergies, "no mushrooms ever" — and every plan respects them. You can also set a weekly budget target.

Can I use my own recipes?

Absolutely. Paste a link or type a family favorite, and it joins the rotation alongside ours. Many families run on a mix of both.

How much does it cost?

Your first two weeks are free, no card required. After that it's one simple monthly plan for the whole household — far less than one impulsive takeout order.
