Your week, planned to the last bite.
Forkcast builds a weekly meal plan around how you actually eat, turns it into one grocery list, and reshuffles the moment plans change. No more 5 p.m. "what's for dinner?"
Meal planning shouldn't feel like a second job.
Most apps hand you a recipe database and wish you luck. Forkcast does the thinking so you just do the cooking.

Early testers, unprompted.
"I've tried every planner out there. This is the first one where I didn't abandon it by week two. The grocery list alone is worth it."
"My partner is gluten-free and I'm vegetarian. Forkcast is the only thing that's ever managed to feed us both without two separate dinners."
"Our food waste basically disappeared. I threw out one sad lime last month and felt genuinely guilty about it."

Questions, answered.
When will I get access?
We're inviting people from the waitlist in weekly batches starting November 2026. Joining earlier means an earlier invite, and everyone on the list gets launch pricing locked in for life.
Does it handle allergies and multiple diets in one household?
Yes. Each person gets a profile with diets, allergies, and dislikes. Forkcast plans meals that work for everyone at the table, or suggests simple one-ingredient tweaks when that's not possible.
Can I add my own recipes?
Absolutely. Paste a link or type it in, and Forkcast extracts ingredients, timing, and nutrition so your family favorites slot into plans just like ours do.
Does the grocery list work with delivery services?
At launch you can export your list to Instacart, Walmart, and Tesco, with more partners on the way. You can also just use it in-store — it's grouped by aisle.
What platforms will it be on?
iOS, Android, and the web, all synced. Early access starts on iOS and web, with Android following a few weeks later.
What happens to my data?
Your food preferences stay yours. We don't sell data, and you can export or delete everything from settings at any time.
