How it works

Five minutes on Sunday. A calm week after.

No spreadsheets, no Pinterest rabbit holes. Tell Forkcast a little about your household and it does the planning.

Tell us your table

Diets, allergies, picky eaters, how long you want to cook on a Tuesday. Set it once and change it whenever.

Get a week that fits

A balanced plan arrives each week. Swap any meal with one tap. Leftovers get planned in, so nothing gets wasted.

Shop once, cook easy

One combined list, sorted by grocery aisle. Send it to delivery or take it to the store, then follow step-by-step recipes.

Features

Everything between "what's for dinner?" and dinner.

Built with dietitians and tested by very tired parents.

$1,900

Saved per household, per year

On average. That comes from planning around sales, buying shared ingredients once, and throwing out a lot less food.

Pantry-aware planning

Snap a photo of your fridge or scan receipts. Forkcast cooks with what you already have first, and reminds you before the cilantro turns.

Aisle-sorted lists

Ingredients are merged across recipes and grouped by aisle. Share the list live with anyone in your household.

Real weeknight timing

Set a cooking budget for each day, like 20 minutes on Wednesdays or a slow braise on Sundays.

      FAQ

      Good questions, answered.

Still curious? Email [email protected]. A real person replies, usually within the day.

Can it handle allergies and picky eaters?

Yes. Each person in your household gets a profile with allergies, dislikes, and diets. Forkcast never suggests a meal that breaks a hard rule, and it'll suggest simple swaps (like "serve the sauce on the side") for softer preferences.

Do I need to be a good cook?

Not at all. Every recipe is rated for difficulty, and you can tell Forkcast to stick to beginner-friendly meals. Step-by-step cook mode keeps your screen awake and runs timers for you.

Which grocery stores does it work with?

Lists export to Instacart, Walmart, Kroger, Amazon Fresh, and most major U.S. and Canadian grocers. You can also just print it or share a live checklist.

What if I don't follow the plan exactly?

That's expected. Mark a night as "eating out" or move meals around and Forkcast rebalances leftovers and your list automatically.

      Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from settings in two taps. If you cancel within 30 days of a paid plan, we'll refund you, no questions asked.

This Sunday, plan in five minutes.

Your first week is on us. No credit card required, and you'll have a grocery list before you finish your coffee.
