Tell us how you eat
Diet, allergies, picky kids, the cilantro situation. Add how many nights you want to cook and how long you've got.
Mise plans your week around what you like, what's already in the fridge, and how much time you actually have. Then it writes the grocery list for you.

No spreadsheets, no scrolling through 400 recipe blogs. Just a plan that fits the week you're actually having.
Diet, allergies, picky kids, the cilantro situation. Add how many nights you want to cook and how long you've got.
Mise builds a plan that shares ingredients across meals and saves leftovers for busy nights. Swap any dish with one tap.
Everything merged, sorted by aisle and minus what's already in your pantry. Send it to your partner or straight to delivery.
Pick what matters this week. Mise plans seven dinners, fills gaps with leftovers, and writes your list as you go.
Tell Mise what's in the fridge (or snap a photo of the shelf). It plans around the half-bag of spinach and the lonely can of chickpeas before they become a science project.
Soccer practice on Wednesday? That night gets a 15-minute meal or tonight's leftovers.
One plan, everyone's phone. Whoever's near the store checks things off and the list stays in sync.
Big type, one step at a time, screen stays awake. Timers start themselves. Flour-covered thumbs welcome.
Send the list to your grocery delivery app in one tap, or print it sorted by aisle for the store.
See balance across the week, not calories per bite. Set gentle goals like "more fish" or "one meat-free day".
I used to spend Sunday night building a spreadsheet. Now I make tea, hit "plan my week," and I'm done before it's cool enough to drink.
The leftovers trick is genius. Cook dal on Tuesday, eat it again Wednesday when I get home at eight. We stopped ordering takeout on weeknights.
The grocery list knows what's in my cupboard. I've stopped buying a fourth jar of cumin. Small win, but I'll take it.
Everything you need to plan a week.
For households who'd rather not think about it.
Yes. Mise supports vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, low-FODMAP and halal plans, plus custom exclusions for any ingredient. Allergen filters are strict. A recipe with an excluded ingredient will never appear in your plan.
Paste a link from almost any recipe site and Mise pulls in the ingredients and steps, without the life story. You can also type in Grandma's lasagna by hand. Imported recipes are part of Mise Plus.
Plan as many or as few as you like. Most people start with four cooked dinners and let Mise fill the rest with leftovers or "fridge-clearing" nights.
Items you check off on the grocery list go into your pantry automatically. Mise subtracts what each recipe uses and nudges you when something is close to its use-by date. You can also add things by photo or barcode.
We're in public beta now and rolling out invites weekly. Join the list and you'll get access, plus three months of Plus free when we launch.
