How it works
Most meal planners hand you a recipe database and wish you luck. Mise does the part you actually hate: choosing, balancing and making it all fit around a real week.
Dislikes, allergies, who's home on Thursdays, how long you're willing to stand at the stove. It learns from every swap and every "loved it."
Once · 2 minutesQuick meals on busy nights, a project on Saturday, leftovers planned on purpose. Don't like something? Swap it and everything rebalances.
Weekly · 4 minutesOne merged list, sorted the way your store is laid out, with pantry staples you already have left off. Send it to delivery or take it to the aisles.
Every night · just cookThe grocery list
Mise adds up every recipe for the week, so it's "3 lemons," not three separate lines that say "1 lemon." It groups items by aisle and leaves out the salt you definitely already own.
Shared ingredients are combined across recipes, with a note on which nights need them.
Produce, then meat, then dairy. Pick your store and Mise learns its layout.
Everyone sees the same list in real time. Whoever's at the store ticks it off.
Skipping 9 pantry staples you already have: olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, cumin, flour, chili flakes.
The thoughtful bits
A plan only works if it survives Wednesday. These are the small things that make Mise stick when other planners end up as an unopened app.
Set preferences for each person. Mise looks for dinners that suit the whole table, not just the person doing the planning.
Mise keeps track of what you bought, plans around what's about to go off, and won't make you buy a third jar of cumin.
Cook once, eat twice. Sunday's roast becomes Tuesday's tacos, already planned and already on your list.
"I didn't realise how much of my evening went on deciding what to make. Now I just open the app, see 'peanut noodles,' and start boiling water."
"Our grocery bill went down and we stopped throwing out sad bags of spinach. That alone pays for it."
"The shared list is the killer feature. My partner shops, I cook, and nobody texts 'did we need milk?'"

Questions
Not at all. Move dinners between days, skip a night for takeout, or swap anything you're not in the mood for. The list updates itself.
Yes. Paste a link from almost any recipe site, or snap a photo of a cookbook page, and Mise will pull out the ingredients and steps.
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, low-FODMAP and more. Allergies are hard filters, so those ingredients never appear in your plans.
Household plans can send your list to Instacart, Walmart, Ocado and Tesco, with more stores coming. Everyone else can export to Notes, Reminders or plain text.
We'll remind you two days before it ends. If you don't upgrade, you'll drop to the free Taste plan and keep all your saved recipes.
